TMW COMMERCE FACILITY ALTERATIONS

A 15k sft., 2-story building, in which TMWcommece.com is a tenant will undergo an extensive remodel. Included will be new double-pane windows, complete 4-color stucco façade, installation of crown modeling on the roof, new waste container storage, and painting.

Once completed, this retail / office building will be one of the most beautiful on Foothill Bl., Hayward.

TMW will need more real estate space in the next 12-24 months and desires to own rather than lease.
