Prior to founding his own firm, Tom was the No. 1 producing marketing specialist
for Sonitrol Security Systems, Hayward, California. Tom's main role was to function
as a liaison between the sales executives and the prospect base in identifying a
firm's needs for security and convincing the prospective client that Sonitrol could
meet their requirements. His strategies for producing leads involved contacting
decision makers in person and by telephone. Tom also developed an excellent information
network with sales consultants in similar industries. Furthermore, Mr. Wilson used
research data from a variety of sources to develop business.
Tom began his marketing career at USA Today, The Nation's Newspaper, Hayward, California.
His first position was in telemarketing where he became one of the company's top
performers. Mr. Wilson later specialized in marketing USA Today through a number
of distribution channels.
Tom graduated from California State University, Hayward, with a Bachelor of Science
degree in Industrial Psychology and a minor degree in Business Administration. He
holds an Associate of Arts degree in Social Science (Economics).
Chuks L. Iheke
Finance Manager
TMW has negotiated with Chuks L. Iheke, Principal of Chuks L. Iheke, Certified Public
Accountant, Hayward, CA, to provide financial management services. The firm was
founded in 1998.
Mr. Iheke has 16 years of experience in auditing, accounting, and finance management
consulting.
Prior to starting his accountancy, Chuks performed as a senior auditor for the United
States Defense Contracting Audit Agency. He began his accounting career at the Oakland
Tribune where he performed as an accountant.
Mr. Iheke graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science degree
in Business Administration, with an emphasis in finance and accounting. He also
earned a Masters of Business Administration, with an emphasis in finance from California
State University, Hayward.
Chucks professional affiliations involve memberships in the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
