Info-Power Report: Referral Network has
proven to be one of the most amazing tools for generating construction leads
for my company. Not only do you report on prospects that need construction work
performed, you also report if the firm needs other services - an architect,
commercial real estate broker, space planner, etc.
When I recently gave a commercial real
estate broker information on a company that needed to purchase land to build an
150k sft. facility, he became ecstatic. The key to producing this excitement in
him was that I didn't ask him for any information first. I just introduced
myself, and said I had seen his sign around, asked him his opinion of where the
current real estate market was headed. Before we ended our conversation, I
thanked him for his time and said, "Oh by the way, I have some information
for you…" He was so taken back by this gesture that he reciprocated by
giving me some "hot" construction prospects in return. This
reciprocity has led to a continuing mutually benefitting exchange of information.
In short, I have never witnessed in the past, nor do I currently know of
another information service that will produce the impact of reciprocation that
Info-Power Report will.

Here is the follow up concerning the
excellent leads you submitted to me over the last eight months:

The lead regarding the parcel of land owned by Ralph
Skobelean was sold by me for $100,000.
·
Kids Again - Pleasanton, California is closed. A 2,300 sq.
ft. lease was arranged by me for $0.85 per sq. ft. The term of the lease
was for 5 years.
· Richard Caruso's 6,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility is in escrow and is scheduled to sell for approx. $110,000. The structure was severely devalued as a result of earthquake damage.
